Thank you to all of you who helped me along the way.

928ww.com, it's parts inventory, and the list of customers is now sold. You should expect a formal announcement from the new owner shortly. I am sure that they will do a better job than I did, customer service was never really my thing..... and I look forward to seeing things progress....it's a much better outcome than just vanishing, and I know that 928 owners can always use a cheap reliable source for parts....they told me so!

I made arrangements for the warranty to remain in effect past my ownership....Good luck 928WW or whatever it's going to be called .

Now I'm a regular 928 owner just like you guys, and I'm looking forward to it.

It seems that turning a hobby into business almost always has a way of sucking the fun out of it. Good luck on your future endeavors Mason.

I have an outstanding claim. Mason, per your request, I have with this post contacted you on Pelican. You are not responding to phone or e-mail and have not for some time. As we discussed over 5 weeks ago, you agreed to exchange 2 faulty parts. One S4 Cam cover and one S4 Intake manifold. I shipped both faulty parts back to you and they arrived at your shop one month ago, on 6/15/10. When will you ship my 'new' parts? Please provide a tracking number so I can verify you have actually sent them. I have 2 e-mails, 2 weeks apart from you saying you would ship them out next day. I still don't have parts and have lost faith in your word.

This return process has been going on for over a month. It is the longest and most frustrating experience I have ever had with a vendor. In your last pm to me on the other forum (yesterday, 7/14) you stated the parts had shipped some time ago. I have not recieved them. If they are 'lost' in the mail as you claim call UPS or FEDEX and find them. My address is the same as it was 2 months ago when you shipped my original order.

Please take care of this claim Mason. I only want the parts I ordered. This should have been a simple transation. I've begged and given you the benifit of the doubt for far too long. I can't imagine, under any circumstance, a vendor taking one month to box and ship a part.

Ben in Austin, TX
