Vacuum Leak
I found my idle issue after some extensive testing, it's a vacumm line leak. I have to replace the vacuum line from the fuel tank vent diaphragm to throttle body. Is there a technique to replace this line without removing the intake manifold? Does someone know how flappy vacuum solenoid located on the driver's side front cam cover works?

I don't know what model year you have or which hose your talking about, but I have some of these for hard to reach hoses.

replace as many lines as you can also get new 3 or 4 way vacuum line connectors.
usually removing the aircleaner is enough to get to all of the lines. BUT its always helpful if you tell us the year and model car your working on
