Rear Hatch Shocks question

Hi All

I have a question about the "Rear Hatch Shock- SL36-100"
The maximum load on the shock is indicated in "Newton" - or "N"
I dont have original rear hatch shocks and what I have is N730 which 73 KG...
it is way too much so I thought to buy a new set. For that I need to know what is the correct "N" should be?
Can someone look at his rear hatch shocks and tell me the exact "N" ? it is written on the shock it self.

Thanks!

This is a description from 928 Internationals website:

Quote:

Rear Hatch Shock- SL36-100
High quality gas strut pressurized to 100 lbs to hold up the heavy rear hatch including cars with spoilers. Recommended to replace in pairs but sold individually.

I am not a home so I can't look now, but if noone chimes in, I will look when i get home.

the hood shocks are 35 lb and the hatch is 100lb.
to test them,
if you need 2 hands to push the shock closed with one end on the ground then its a hatch shock.
if you can compress the shock with one hand its a hood shock ,
NOTE used hatch shocks can depending on how weak they have become can be used on the hood if they are used like this then make sure there isnt extra force required to close the hood as the pins can snap off if the shocks are too powerful

Thanks for the information! it will be helpful to me to know the exact "N" number that is written.
In that way, I will be able to buy a new set in my country.
