Button under dash?

What does this button do? Also in the picture you can see a 2 prong plug, any ideas on what it does?

that button is for the intensive washer system if you read your owners manual you will find out what all of the buttons do.
The plug is connected to the steering column it tells when there is a key in the ignition ,
the location is between the steering column and the ignition key along the bottom of the shaft

FWIW I have an 85/86 owners manual,
it is in good condition there are a few small areas where 2 of the pages were stuck together but otherwise its good to go, for sale 20.00 plus 6.00 shipping
