Surprised at the lack of 928 on eBay

Anybody else notice how few 928 there are on eBay right now? It used to have 20 or so on any given day and tons of used parts since I can remember. Now there is just a ton of crap items to weed through it seems for very little good 928 stuff.

About a month ago my computer would only bring up 1 car (certified pre owned) something happened to browser and I deleted that bookmark and made another. All 928's for sale showed again. Not sure why there will be 100 listings for same part in used part section. Being on dial up makes it difficult to look for parts. Found same with 944 and corvette listings.

eBay fees have gotten stupid thats why. People are realizing they can get things sold else where for much cheaper. Last I heard to list a car on ebay was close to $200 bux.

Actually, listing it is cheaper, but they now take a commission if it sells, which is more.

Never mind. They moved the cars to it's own category without the parts clutter. I must have missed that change. 25 listed. Seems like the prices are going up.

I always tell people interested in my car to look at eBay for 928's. "There are usually 25 for sale, and most of them are good cars. Buy the most expensive one you can afford!"

Have you noticed this: Most of the people who go "gaga" over my car at car meets or just in parking lots turn out to be cops. There is a cop in my home city who has stopped twice at my house for advice about 928's! I gave him my cell number, told him to call me if he finds a car, I'll go and look at it with him. He's come close to buying two 928's on eBay, and he smartly turned them down, in my opinion.
