Relay question

Hi guys

I am still looking into the coolant level problem that I have.
According to the manual, relay number 4 should be some sort of a time relay. in the manual it is named: "Time Relay - Seat belt"

I pulled the relay out and I am not sure that the relay I have is indeed what should be in that place.
According to the part number it is: "general purpose relay"...

Can you please check in your cars and tell me what kind of relay you have in the #4 place (IX) ?
My car is 4.7 manual 1980 euro model

I will really appreciate it

Yoni,
Isn't that relay 9 (IX) that you are looking at instead of relay 4 (IV)?

The relay that you show is used in the slots for the horns, window winders, starter, fresh air blower and defroster, so I guess it is a multi-purpose relay.

The 928 specialists site (www.928gt) doesn't always match up with the Euro cars, but it shows no relay in either slot 4 or 9.

The seat belt relay is not in the fuse panel, but is located under the center console.

Oops my mistake :o. it is indeed relay number 9. (IX)
this is really weird. according to the electrical schema and the manual there should be some sort of "Time Relay" and it is actually exists in the 928intl:
928 International-RELAY,SEAT BELT

This relay should give a delay of approximately 20 seconds for the coolant level, washer water level and seat belt before turning the warning lights on.

Maybe you can check if you have the following relay somewhere?: 928 618 102 03
Here it is according to the manual:

I'll try to look in my '80 Euro tonight to see if that relay 928 618 102 03(for the seat belt chime)is in the fuse panel or under the console(as I suspect it is)
