Need help in Redding California.
I thought I was going to make it with no issues! The car was running great and I had no troubles from Phoenix to LA to SF and up to Redding. But this morning I got in the car to make the last leg of the trip to Seattle and the clutch went to the floor. I have the shop in Phoenix helping me find a mechanic but I thought I would ask on here to get as much help as possible.

Look for obvious fluid leaks in the clutch hydraulics, i.e. around the master and slave cylinders. My driver's footwell was full of brake fluid when I purchased my 79 due to a leaky clutch master.
Start off by bleeding the clutch, maybe that will at least get you home where you can look into it deeper. '79 - clutch master cylinder hose leak

Blue hose, runs from the brake something to the clutch something, gets exposed to a lot of heat, eventually needs replacing.
