Turn signal problems
 
If I signal my car to the left, my dash turn signal light blinks real fast. If I signal right, it does not even come on. My turn signal lights on the outside do not come on either way. However, I can turn on any light if I put 12 V on it at the fuse box. Any ideas?

Just a few fuses.....I am dumb....
