Aerodynamic shutter motor-cycling with ignition off.
Noticed after shutting off vehicle that the vane motor cycles at times.
This stops after opening hood. I've disconnected the main-beefy- plug and of course it is designed to fail open. The prob. is intermittent -what gives?
