Bosch 69471 fuel pump

I bought a new fuel pump last night, sorry, can't take my own advice I googled around and bought one from Amazon ($189 shipped). Blame it on attempted thinking at 2am, but it does seem like its the right one. The description says its a new turbine design, but a direct replacement for the older pumps.

Some time next week maybe it will go into the 85 Euro and I will get learned more.

I just went through the hoops with the fuel pump thing. I'm still tempted to try a Walbro pump and see how it is.

$188.37 shipped. I was on the fence, thinking about a used one from 928Intl, but like I said, thinking at 2am, and now I think its shipped. Yup says it will be here 5/10 Thurs.

If that one doesn't work out, I have a gently used one of the same type 928.608.104.01 sitting in my garage, isntalled for probably less than a hundred miles. I discovered it was not the correct pump for my '81 Euro-S. Local shops always seem to want to put on the parts for the USA '81, which was already EFI, not CIS.
