Fuel Lines / Which One Is the Return

Which line is the return on the CIS cars? Is it the one of the right that is taller or the one on the left that is shorter?

This is a picture of my passenger side firewall/corner of the engine bay.

If I go by the fittings, I would assume the fitting with the most barbs is under more pressure and is the inlet and the fitting with the single barb is the return.
