You'll be back. The duece eight will haunt you in dreams. Something will be broke and you'll have to fix it. You'll think it's a nightmare and it might be, but then you will wake up and realize that you no longer have the car. Then the sadness will set in. You will find yourself combing Craigslist around tax season. I know I've been there. Every 6 months I search CL for a 1960's Triumph 650 motorcycle, but I NEVER find one. The one that got away haunts me. I dream about open air, Harley stomping noise, and world class looks. I'll never replace my original 1966 Triumph for a reasonable price. I guess I'm on the wrong forum to be whining about motorcycles.
Of course the memory of waking up in a hostpital half dead brings back my rationalization. Then I move on.
