warning chime on US 83
 

I drove my US 83 a bit today, put some fresh gas into it, and oddly the pod gauge now shows 1/2 tank (only put in $50) and the light for reserve is out, but I continue to get a warning chime with no message in the pod and reset button is red with no action from reset. I'm thinking maybe something related to seats or seat belts?

clock/interior intstrument fuse isnt blown is it? i had similar issues due to some exposed wire behind the clock touching the radio frame, but the chime speed would change based on draw on the system (fast with lights off then slow w/ headlamps on). probably not your problem but might shed some light on things.
