DIY idea, more tool than 928

For various reasons I've been thinking of picking up a cheap AGM battery booster pack starter. Got me to searching on batteries used in them, and I found out that the same battery is commonly used in a UPS, scooter, and the booster packs, which made a "idea" light bulb light up. Why not use one battery pack for all those uses and more?

Day to day its hooked up as a UPS making sure my vital electronics have power. If I want to scoot or boost I unplug it and hook it up to cable or a scooter.

Other use I have in mind is to provide power to all the weird battery orphaned tools I own by converting an old pack for each device to a cable adapter and building or buying a DC/DC converter to adjust the voltage to what the tool expects or even some higher or lower value depending on my uses.
