tester fuel pump

What do you guys think of this? I am sure it is low quality, but at that price....keep in mind that mine is a non runner, and all I am trying to do is fire her off and do some diagnostics ATM...looks like a cheap "tool"....I'll get the real one when I get closer to re-assembly...

anyway....thoughts, ideas, comments? it is for a 78 cis....

Ron...I understand what your saying but in the long run if you are buying the "correct" pump anyway then this one , even though cheap , will be as my father use to say..."Money up a Bear's ass." Once money goes there...theres no getting it back.

Buy it .It has a one year warranty. At least you will not feel bad if it fails like you would had you spent a couple of hundred bucks for the so called OEM product. At that price you can buy a new one every year. This way you have more cash to improve other areas of your ride. I did. It pressurizes and runs just fine.

Its only 20 bucks... Just buy it and use it till it dies. If its a POS, you havent lost hardly anything..

When i bought my fuel pump, it was 29 bucks, so i snatched it. The day after i bought it, i went back to the item to check to see if it was shipped, and it was $299 for the same exact fuel pump.

I have (1) of the right ones, which I have been told will be ok to run (1) pump. both of my pumps were bad (as well as the accumulator, which will currently be left out)....my thought process was using a "sacrificial" pump for my testing, and save the good one for when I put it back together....I still feel like I should have (2) pumps in there tho'...but that is for another thread...
