928GT or 996Turbo

I would take the 928GT anytime. In fact, I'm thinking getting one, one day or another.

Brand new printer/scanner, why res so bad? Can this be read well enough?

Anyway, at the time this was written (996T was so new and so bad-a$$) the 928 still being his favorite stayed with me.

I'll bet someone out there on the web in UK knows this car.

Made my eyes water but got thru it.

I think the key reason he loves his 928 so much is that he has had no big problems with it. (-%

For a while I had a 996tt and the 928. When I had to make room in the garage, I sold the 996tt and kept the 928.

I think the author is nostalgic and that's fine. The two cars are very different from each other but when it comes to performance figures, even a non turbo 996 will out perform a 928. This all changes if you add at least 100hp to the 928. I have caught by suprise an 99TT owner that had 50 more hp than stock and this was with my home built SC'd 928. However when it comes to agility, the 996 is superior. In reality when comparing naturally aspirated Porsches, the Boxter S is the perfect one.
