exhaust from an 85
took an exhaust off today my 85 today, if anyone is interested shoot me a PM, muffler looks to be in pretty good shape, pics can be taken if anyone wants.

Yes, the tubular 32v headers flow better and are lighter than the cast 16v headers. 84-85 will bolt on. The y pipe will have to be modified however. One side will be off by about 3/4 of an inch iirc

85 exhaust can be a very economical exhaust system to adapt to early cars, subject to some minor weld mods.
I run 85 exhaust on 84 automatic. And, I use 87 downpipes and cat on 84 Euro. Last edited by Landseer; 12-12-2012 at 01:42 AM.. |
