nice project ,
check the engine code for the 300hp engine IIRC the 78 and 79 didnt have this 300 hp engine |
I'm not buying Stan, just wanting....I need to spend on the one I got.....
|
Body looks nice, not a 300 hp model though. Regular 240 hp.
Could be very early (sub #50) |
A lot of sellers seem to think their Euro has 300hp...
|
Get it Ron. Use it for parts on #30 or drive it while working on #30. I will gladly donate a passenger window for you. I would get more info because it is clearly an "S" rear bumper cover. Perhaps he has mis-identified the year, or it is a frankenstein with a Euro S engine.
Worth a phone call.?.?.? |
Would if I could Brian...still trying to adjust to the smaller income.. :(
|
The 928S on the rear is simply a decal which can be purchased. "S" cars always had front and rear spoilers. Regardless, if it is a pre '80 Euro, which it probably is, as stated by Riber it is the standard 240hp motor of that year.

Good to know the vin and stuff, but its not an S, or likely close to a $2500 car, but could be a project.

I spent all last week in Winston Salem.
Had Suburban with me. Wife even joked about me finding something we could tow home. But, alas, never got to open Craigslist. This would have been a candidate, for sure. BTW, where is Gunar at? |
