Behind a flip-up wooden hatch at passenger feet. On interior firewall.

Be careful what you do inside there. Need wiring diagrams to troublshoot.

Post really good overall pictures and a set of closeups and we can give input.

Include closeups of the wiring coming out of the plugs along bottom row.

Extremely useful in diagnosis.

Will need to remove the upper and lower wooden covers to get good pictures.

Pull the carpet from the passenger footwell. You will see the black plywood board at the front of the footwell under the shelf. Pul that up and it will swing up. Theres the fuse panel. Check MPDano's common fixes for cleaning the fuse panel and checking grounds.

Damn, look at the response times will ya. All over it!

Fuses and grounds, yes. But be sure to go through the wires on the plugs with a finetoothed comb.

Amazing as telltales of havic in the electrical system that you might not realize otherwise for a while.

928's go through batteries like pancakes. Almost all 928's have some kind of drain, current draw long after turning off the key, and full discharge or even deep discharge ruins most batteries quickly. After years of dealing with it, I put disconnect switches on both of mine.

I got a good deal at Walmart on my battery. It's been two years since and it seems fine. If a battery last 4 years, time to replace it anyway. I don't disconnect it and it starts fine after sitting a month sometimes. One thing you might want to do is replace the braided ground strap on the battery. Mine looked fine but went bad inside the crimped end.
