I don't know where you live but there is a really nice clean Strosek for sale near me in Pa. He is having trouble selling and taking best offer Very clean car. Looks like above but a silver blue color. I'd bet we would accept $3000. Interior is very nice also.

Corvette type hood scoop looks a bit tacky!

But they look functional as cold air intakes and the reversed hood scoop would keep the intake a bit cooler. NACA ducts are very Porsche though.
I have been thinking a lot about how to release the heat under the hood better w/o cutting anything visible from outside the car. My electric fan runs after i shut off for a few minutes, all the heat is forced out underneath and behind front wheels. Probably creates lift and heat is trapped up around intake.

Also might let water on top the motor. Maybe the Corvette scoop is more for looks and little to be gained otherwise. I just think it is not appropriate for a 928. I see those scoops on pick up trucks even. Old funky look to me. Anyway, here in the mid-west, heat is usually not much of a concern except in July and August.

It was an '80s thing I know. I just don't want Strosek owners to be ticked off so..

I don't think Ferry would go for one. But whatever, to each their own. If I had a couple 928s, a completely stock and maybe one of those. I would simplify it a bit; lose side strakes, and lose hood scoop, but keep NACA ducts for sure.

Actually my 67 Vette had that scoop and it was cool at that time and many copied it for a number of years. It looks good on a Vette and belongs to the Vette.

There was a car exactly like this one above at a dealership in the same town in Pa asking 5000. He told me to make an offer. That listing is since been removed.

That is not a 32V motor.
