Red face Running Rich

My 89 GT is running rich and only at about 80% power. I have already changed many components in the fuel injection system. New air mass meter, fuel press. regulator, all electrics, clean injectors.
Does taking the cat converter off and putting rear muffler bypass on screw up the injection system??
Or does this sound like a vaccum leak in the air system??
Anyone out there have any ideas?
Thanks!

Hello

I would say you remove the cats to save there life.

Right now its hard to start as I don´t know what had been checked.

Is your lambda circuit working ?
Did you cheked the NTC´s for the DME ?
Did you pull any codes from DME and EZL ?

Grüsse
