Saw a HOT Euro S today
I wish I paid more attention, can't remember if the VIN was DS or ES, too much other stuff that was interesting. It had Wyoming plates, visiting SoCal for I think paint, but paint looked very nice to me, one of the dark metallic blues, Venician or Prussian Blue I think.
Anyway, roll bar inside, but not very track looking, FAT tires, LOUD exhaust, and obviously not a stock cam, serious burbling. Has me a little worried, if this is the same grind I have I don't think it has much chance of passing smog idle test. I wonder who it belongs to, if I get a chance I plan to leave a note next week asking about the engine build. |

Drove by and took some picts. Hope the owner doesn't mind, but if they complain that means I get to ask questions on the engine build.
Its an 83 Euro S, nothing special obvious under the hood, weird though, NO FAN on the radiator, just the little aux up front. Color is Schieferblau very pretty, not a clue why its getting painted. ![]() ![]() |
