I think they all have issues, nothing seems to damage paint like moisture trapped under some kind of cover. Not from rain directly, but wet weather followed by some warming, then cold nights and condensation forms on metal.

I'm sure you will soon get some positive views of various brands, success may depend on local conditions.

Paid around $ 700 10 years ago. Still works great...

But true, very pricey...

breathable fabric is key (like golfball dots/soft no scratch ) waterproof(if when penetrates through) wicksoff topside and with fleecyish nap underside wicks up (so no wet towel soaking against paint or canvas with rubber slicker backed suctioned wet to paint). punch out where antenna is and a donut patch slides down antenna walla custom touch , zippered around doors so you could still access. mirror pouches?. -- overdrive poly pro 3 50.00/sized at walmart .

fit don't know - hook/string loop onto license plate unfold down the middle length and is a elastized all around hold or toss the bean bag on a string under the car to tie down or click clamps or drawstring it under so doesn't blow off, custom fit empirecovers.com another brand. color choices. some warranty 5 10 yrs.

tyvek works well over a good cover, winter reason 1. itll save wear tear on a good cover 2. alone dirt/mud/ice ill scratch if used alone 3. you barely touch/shake a corner and a foot of snow will slick off whole car. 4. in a santa pleasing way if you tyvek white side up vs black itll look like a sleigh covered in snow and the eight tiny red reindeers (ok so their red moose) will look like their pulling it up up and away merry christmas to all and to all a good night.

hey save your battery (bring inside its cold) hooking up a set of led via plugged to cig lighter on the reindeer nose (have at it) wont win you any bonus points. (Grinch)

Cig lighter socket is not connected with the key off, iirc, so no go on charging through it.

No cover can work, but best is to look at what suits for your location and seasons. Warm and wet is nastier than anything but hot sun.
