Noise coming from passenger side valve cover

Hello everyone. I have a 1989 Porsche 928. I recently powder coated the valves covers and put them back on. I have also replaced the Hall Sender Unit. Anyways when I put the covers back on and started it up I noticed a type of tapping or whining sound coming from the passenger side valve cover. In a way it follows the RPM of the car. If I go faster it makes a faster sound. I took that valve cover back off and put some pictures of the after seals. Can the Hall Sender Unit cause this?
