I dont what a 4 spoke 928 wheel is or a wheel spline but... The bolt patterens are the same, it will go on, the offsetts are quite different and the wheel will be further inboard on the 964, whether it will hit the shock or just look goofy I don't know

I believe the splines on the steering wheels are the same - however you would need to check the collar where the wheel meets the column - I don't know for sure but these might be different in length - also you might need to swap the turn signal cancelling (plastic) tab - these are different for different models

The plastic cancel tabs are on the switch side not the wheel. Check the horn ring (clock spring) type too.

I have seen the reverse transplants from late 911 to 928 so at least some years should work (these were probably all 993/996 versions), there is note of some mods required...

e.g.:

http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/11491070-post18.htm"]993 trianglular tri-spoke types

Be very suprised if they changed the spline types between years - spring types & horn attach may be different.

Alan
