URO parts, good?
 

Eventually all the rubber needs replacing, so I am always looking for deals, but try to avoid the junk. ******** has URO brand rear hatch seal for $85, anybody know if its good or junk or? More Information for ÜRO PARTS 92851212905

Factory part I recall is metal inside.

It seems that any forum postings that include the word URO inevitably include words like "failed" or "crap."

I don't have any personal experience though.

For your specific part, PP only sell the Porsche one...

No experience with this particular PN, but have poor experience with other items they've made. Their early 911 sump screen is particularly bad.

I have URO brand airbox straps for the 928, they are great! I think it's hit or miss though, because a few Saab parts I bought that were URO brand were junk.

I also have the straps....seem fine, but I don't have the run time to see if they hold up to the heat.

I would use if there was a significant cost savings, non- critical part that is easy to install. I put a uro flasher switch in my 7 series. Seems to work fine.
