1979 Eurp starts then dies

Hey gang, after some serious work our 1979 has been running like a champ. Now it will fire then die immediately. I've had trouble with the fuel pump relay, but seems okay now. The relay just the left (16) that I believe is called the speed relay, is doing a lot of clicking. Could this be the problem?
