Has the car been "sitting" outside? Not sure if voltage is an issue on this.

Do you have a cover over the 14 PIN connector? If not, you could have some corrosion in the wire loom that runs downstream from 14 PIN to ALT & BAT causing a load drop...

14 pin connector is on the passenger inside fender well just forward of the front of the engine.

Are you saying that no fuel is escaping the injectors? Or are you saying the injectors are not "firing"? But you have fuel pressure in your fuel line, right?

Could be green wire from distributor.

Put a noid light on injector to see if it pulses.
