928GT electrical issue
After starting up my '91 928 GT I have this intermittent issue where the dashboard brake light will not go off after startup, even if I tap the brake pedal (which should normally turn it off). Until the dashboard brake light goes out I have no headlights, power windows or sunroof, etc. If I giggle the key gently up and down, or side to side, repeatedly I can eventually get the light to go off when I keep tapping the brake pedal.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has some insight or advice? Seems like its a loose wire or an issue with the ignition switch? Thanks |

Check your grounds under the dash, switch connections, fuse and brake switch connection, CE panel relays. There is a module under the left foot rest on drivers side, under which is the brains for the light testing. I had to replace it, but as I remember it did not prevent the lights from coming on.
