AAAAH Crap!!! leather seat gone hard

People
i need some help quick. i just noticed that a section of my back leather seat has gone hard.

something must have fallen on it i think and caused it. i have tried oiling it but with no luck ...its not softening back up.. HELPPPPPPPPPPPP WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT

It can take multiple applications, keep applying it and give it another week or so. Worst case is around a little bit of time
