Hello,
Selling 89' complete long block & new cam set (928MS 32vS2 Int Lift/Dur: .428" / 214 deg Exh Lift/Dur .389" / 206 deg. Also 928S model front fenders incl, all to a good home. Do have the orig shipping doc from a few yrs ago for verification, just ask, can send.

Motor in crate, originally only 49 km on motor after 100% rebuild (new rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, fuel pump and filter, water pump, timing belts, pulleys, filters, and fluids at the time) in UK. Prior owner worked in an automotive machine shop with direct access to equipment, had verified compression test at the time of all cylinders prior to purchase. S4 was involved in an accident and parted out. Purchased motor from this individual in 2008. who had motor picked up by Chris at Loe Bank Motors (UK) to which I had a local shipping co pick up to pack and ship to the US where I was to get her refreshed and double check all tolerances, installation of new GT+ sport / racing cams and a turbo / inter-cooler setup "WAS" in the works.
Family priorities had changed, so has been sitting since, never installed in car. Now looking for good home for all. cams alone from 928 Motorsports sell for $2445.00. Asking $2K for everything, S&H taken care of by the purchaser. Thank you.

You might want to go into detail about the rebuild. Are the bores still alusil or have they been cleaned up using a nikasil process?

Everyone has a different interpretation of what "rebuilt" means and listing specifics will help clarify. For instances, look at this 928 with a "rebuilt" engine for sale on ebay, not exactly confidence inspiring! Not saying yours is like that, just making the point of how the meaning of "rebuilt" can vary so widely.

Depending on what was done to your engine this could be the deal of the century. GLWS
