Blown Turbo Preventing Startup

I picked up my 951 from the shop today and about a mile out from home I noticed some large white clouds after acceleration. About a week ago I saw a bigger pool off oil in the IC pipe than I had before so I was planning on replacing the turbo.

Well when I got the car home, I had to turn it off to get some work done and the garage cleared out. Now it won't start. Is it possible the turbo spit oil into the cylinders and it is mucking with the fuel delivery, preventing it from turning over?

A domestic car buddy of mind suggested that oil could have fouled up the plugs. I may get a cheap set, turn the car over w/o plugs to get any access oil out, put the new plugs in and give it a run.

If plugs are fouled, clean them acetone and try again instead of buying another set.

I picked up another set and installed them today...same no start result. Good times. For good measure, I ....
Made sure the crank sensors were not somehow disconnected.
Confirmed I am getting spark
Confirmed I am getting fuel [in fact, I looked at the plugs and they didn't look too bad]
The tach is fluttering when I try to start it
