Rattling exhaust manifold I think?

So I was driving my car home from the auto part store about to do an oil change when I started to hear a rattle I was only a mile away from home when it started so I just drove home I located the sound of what I believe is the rattle my exhaust manifold on the one closest to the front of the car is only held on with 1 bolt the other I don't know where it went. I've only owner the car for about a month now and was wondering if this could be the cause of the rattle.

Hi welcome to the joys and sorrows of Porsche ownership.
You need to indicate what type and model your car is....that said normally there are 2 studs or bolts holding each exhaust manifold inlet.

You will do better to post in the other 944 forum. This one is dedicated to the Turbo model.

That being said, you should have 3 nuts/bolts per exhaust manifold outlet on the 944S model.

Your studs may have broken off, and you will need them replaced. Do you smell exhaust in the cabin while you are driving the car now?

Should be M6x1.5mm, but removing a broken stud is not trivial.
