Exclamation No start / No turnover

The other day I had to jump start my 951 after letting it sit for a little over a week (although my battery is fairly new — I replaced it a few months ago). I used a remote starter for this.

After jump starting it, that same day I drove around for a couple of hours. At one place I parked for over an hour and when I got back to the car it started fine.

I got home and parked it and then about 30 minutes later went to start the car again, but this time it would not start. Here's what happens:

* There is an obvious "click" when I turn the key
* I can hear a low hum (I assume this is the fuel pump engaging?)
* The car does not turn over at all
* After I turn the key back to the off position, I can still hear the low hum for about 20 to 30 seconds.
* All of my other electrical is fine: the stereo works, as do the interior and exterior lights
* I checked my battery and it is reading just under 12V. I realize this is low, but wouldn't it still attempt to turn over and wouldn't the rest of my electrical not work or become dim?
* Attempting another jump with the remote jumper did not start the car.
* My DME relay seems fine when I perform the basic checks on the resistance (but I have not done the test with it connected to a power source like the battery)

Here is a video of my attempting to start the car: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/yw7yb2xko0apk8mexq6ua/951-no-start.mov?rlkey=lco7c7hznxjqc293u5ya9h9ya&dl=0

Any ideas of where I can look next?

If you can, remove the remote starter to eliminate that as the source of the problem.

Once the car is returned to factory specs, use the wiring diagram to trace the wiring between the ignition switch and the small post on the starter solenoid.

@Ecology Maybe what I wrote is confusing. There is not a remote starter connected — I probably used the wrong terminology. When I jumped it, I did it with a car jump starter device (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B55RFM1Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). It does not stay connected. So, currently, it is at factory.

I'll perform the other check as you suggested.

i would check the battery. you mentioned it's at 12v, have you tested the battery during the process of starting it to see if the voltage drops?

it could also be the ground wire on the starter motor as that is a known weak point that degrades over time.
