I need to order rear bearings for my 1983 non turbo 944 as I have some wheel play when I grasp the wheel at 12 & 6 and shake it. Are the bearings the same sealed ones as appear in this article? As I'm shopping for bearing for this vehicle, I'm finding conventional (non-sealed) inner & outer bearings, as well as the sealed ones shown in the illustrations with this article. Does each rear wheel on my car really have 3 sets of bearings? Or is the sealed bearing shown in this article only found on the turbo? Am I going to have to disassemble my wheel to see what bearings it actually has before I order them or can I know for sure what to order beforehand? Thank you for any advice you can offer.

Bearings are different for the 83 to 85/1 cars.
