Reset airbag warning light
Re; 1988 944 Turbo S
I am trying to reset the air bag indicator light but am having difficulty finding the Molex connector. I have attached an image of a white connector that I did find but I am not sure it is the correct one. According to Clarks Garage reset procedure, they illustrate 3 pin connector. This one only has two. I have look all over and even removed the glove box but I can't find a 3 prong anywhere. I have attached a photo of the connector that I found. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks |

Did you look under the passenger side floor board? That's where mine is on my 88 Turbo S. But I was unsuccessful at resetting the air bag light.

He also has an '88 Turbo S, and it is possible to reset it with the Clark's Garage procedure.
Look high up behind the orange box and the 3-prong connector should be there. ![]()

Ive tried to reset my airbag light so many times, but I cant ever get it to work. Problems were definitely fixed and Ive followed several different instructions on how to do it. No Porsche dealerships close by, so no dealer help either.
