option question
My car has 24mm front sway bar, and a 18mm rear sway bar, but the option sticker does not mention the M030 option ?
Was it standard on the turbo so no mention in the option sticker ? Reason for asking is that I need to replace the brake pads and it seems that the M030 option needs different ones ? Well the calipers are same size front and back....so I am a little confused about the sway bars. Thanks Sox

There was no M030 option for the '86 951. Get the stock 951 pads and you will be fine.
The '86 had the smaller sway bar up front (24mm) with the 18mm rear. Late 951's have 25.5mm as stock, and they changed in '89 to a smaller 16mm bar in the rear as stock.

Thanks Kdjones,
Any ideas about the front sway bar being 24mm rather then 22.5mm ? Sox

22.5mm is for NA's I believe. The 951 was stock with the 24mm in '86.
