Another option question...
After a lot of hunting, searching I am unable to find the decode for option "F15" on my cars option sticker. Any help is appreciated.

and the AI says:
The Porsche 944 factory option code F15 is not documented in standard option code lists, which typically use "M" prefixes (e.g., M030 for Sport Suspension). The "F" prefix is uncommon and may denote a market-specific or special-order feature. Given the lack of publicly available information on code F15, it's possible that it represents a unique or rare configuration. try asking the porsche dealer? :) |
No joy at the dealership.
"they have never heard of this option, and cannot find it in their Porsche database" Sox |
it's probably the "mad dog" option.

I found a P15: Power Seat Pkg includes dual power seats. Could the 'F' possibly be a worn 'P'?

Nize "Maddog" option is a Grrrrrrr! :)
Peter it looks like a "F15".... Maybe "Eagle" as in F15 fighter :) Thanks Sox http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1747847669.jpg |
Could it be E15?
The Porsche option code "E15" refers to leather seat belt locks and housing. This indicates that the seat belt buckles and the housings they are mounted in are covered in leather for a more premium feel. |
Nize sure looks like an "F" to me. Seat belts are just regular old nylon type.
Thanks Sox. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1748531044.jpg |
