New 951
I just bought an 86 951 and was wondering if I got a good deal. The guy wanted $7200 for it. Black with black leather interier and even has the original dash, no cracks. Milage showed 11000 but bad speedo gear so ???. He just had the radiator, water pump all belts, hoses and rollers replaced at the Porsche dealer for $2800.
The only problem was the clutch was slipping and the front struts were bad. I talked him down to $6200 due to clutch. whwn I got it home I adjusted the clutch linkage, it was too tight. This stopped the slippage. And replaced the struts. It now runs like a Bat out of Hell. What do you think?? |

No pics yet, Ill try to get some on. He had all documents since he had the car. The only other thing is its missing the fog lights.

I was thinking about turning the fog light holes into cold air intakes instead. I don't really need the lights.
