What to do when the engine is out?

I have a 951 engine on a stand...It was just shipped to me and I did a leak down test today...Leak down seems good but this was the first time I have done such a test...#1: 5%, #2: 5 %, #3: 5 % and #4: 2 %...I rounded up of course...I can't do a compression test as I can't turn the crank fast enough by hand...What else should a guy do before installation...

Rod bearings, main bearings???

Those are pretty good numbers! Just reseal the parts that look like they have been leaking. Things like the balance shaft housings, and the oil cooler are very easy when the motor is out. Not to mention the oil pan!

i would definitely do the bearings and seals! I would probably even pull the head to check cylinder condition and install a wide-fire ring headgasket. All of these tasks are very simple with the engine on a stand and the parts are very affordable.
