I haven't, but I've ordered a few things from Dave and it is all high-quality.

Thanks for the reply. The guy at lindsey seem to really know there stuff.
Iam looking foward to the added HP. This is my way to justify not buying a new car.

I will post my dynos results after i get all the bugs out. sorry i have no before dyno results. This started as an exhaust leak at the wastegate, so while fixing that i broke one stud on the wastegate ,next I plan to upgrade that and it just balooned from there. I wanted to do this kit before but decided if iam going to take parts off ,just do it once instead of twice. So I have now installed a stage 3 clutch with the hybride clutch disk and now i plan to finish this 340 kit some time next week.

What is your impression of the fit and finish of the parts?

i have the ceramic coated lindsey 3" pipes and the fit needed a little bit of tweaking. mainly the connections where the band clamps go didn't all fit snugly so that exhaust leaks would occur unless it was properly sealed (i used aluminum tape).

the finish is great considering it's not polished stainless.

it's not a true 4", it's a progressive 4". i've heard it sounds awesome though.

How much boost are you going to be running with this kit?
I know it's a little OT but how much boost can it handle stock?

it's not about boost, it's about tuning. there are some that make over 300whp at 17psi of boost and others that make barely 250whp at 20psi of boost.

more boost does not always make more power.

I understand that you can force all the air into the motor you want but without sufficent fuel it won't help you. I've custom built turbocharged vehicles before and know how much of a power difference proper tuning can make. I just wanted to know how strong these motors are.

these motors are strong. my original went to +180k miles on all factory original parts without a rebuild. my current just hit 185k miles on all factory original parts without a rebuild and the compression/leakdown is actually better than stock factory specs now (i didn't change anything). there's another local car that hit over +210k miles on the original motor.

I plan to tune it for 18lb. of boost, but plan to write a map for 20lb. Lindsey racing advised me that any more than 20lb. will require me to upgrade my head gasket. I planned on doing it but after I blow this head gasket. My car has 102k . I only drive it once in awhile. I also added a wide band o2 sensor so I can properly tune it.

What kind of tuner does the kit come with? Is it a plug and play chip or is it a datalogger?

Iam not sure. I know I have spent some time wiring in the MAF controller(mafterburner) no plug & play. The wide band does datalog air/fuel & rpm. but I haven,t finished the wiring on the wide band. Iam now waiting further instructions. I need to pick in/out for the tach, not sure where the best place to tap in. I am also in a stand still on the exhaust. I dont think I have the right size band clamp to connect the down pipe to the rest of the exhaust. I just have exhaust, intake & some wiring and Iam done.
