head stud replacement

I'm new the the forums here and I am hoping someone can help me with a tough problem. I have the 951 motor out and and torn down. I want to replace the head studs with Raceware. How do you get those suckers out? I've double-nutted them and applied some heat but they don't move in the slightest. I haven't screwed any up yet, but I haven't gone caveman with a stud remover yet. When that happens it's the point of no return. They break off and you become friends with the EDM guy. Any help will be greatly appreicated!

Pour hot water in the water jackets and double nut them again. If you can't get this to work pour the hot water in and fill the threads of the studs with aero kroil or pb blaster and let them sit for a day or two. Then repeat the first step. They will all move sooner or later.

Just my opinion, but I don't think hot water or penitrating oil will help. When I got my studs out, the bottom threads were clearly surrounded in Loctite. Peretrants and hot water won't help. I had to use an oxy accetaline tourch on the studs and had to use it for a long time on each stud since it takes awhile for the heat to travel down the length of the stud. They finally all came out.
