Proud New Owner
whats up guys
I am the proud new owner of an 86 944 turbo with 36, miles. the car is blk with light tan leather int only flaw is a spill in rear floor mat and aged paint. I have replaced H2o pump and timming belt. The shop said the timming belt is to be adjusted every 15 k can this be right? first up grade with be a new set of sikins as the orginal tires are still on the car. After that I would like to get the car back to riding like a Porsche. I am not opposed to better than the stock ride. I will then like to look at the motor. Not so much in an up grade in hp but I was wondering if there is a new BB Turbo which spoooooools up a bit faster than the stock. Is there updated software that I should consider? I am just looking to make the car as driver friendly as possible and at the same time retain the tradition of the car in stock trim for now. |

Faster spool? If you want the same amount of pull -- Get a lindsey boost enhancer and a chip. This will increase spool times, and the chip will help with overall hp -- Suspension? I beleive koni yellows are recommended

In a car this old which has just been sitting in a garage for most of its years are their things I should consider replacing right off? |
