Anyone else got a 944 turbo cup
hello all,
recently purchased a 944 turbo cup car, built in 1987 for the 944 turbo cup race series in Europe and South-Africa. Customers could purchase cars direct from the dealerships and race them in the series. Anyone else got one or any information appreciated. thanks and regards

hello,
bigger turbo, pushed out between 250 and 300hp full roll cage, bigger brakes, harder suspension, stripped out interior with single recaro race seat. will get full specs soon

Yes, I have a Rothman Turbo Cup car from Canada. The original driver of my car, Claude Gou, was invited to South Africa along with five other Rothman series drivers to participate in one of the South African Cup races. Do you know your original car number? I have some pictures/article of that event.

wow great to hear someone else has a turbo cup would love to see pictures and get as much history as you have, especially about the races in SA which you car took part in. I am trying to trace my cars history here is SA as i know the original owner raced it when he bought it new. the chassis (vin) no is 0ZZZ95HN104123 engine no M44ZS245H02742 do you have any info on this car racing. All help would be appreciated.

The race that Claude Gou and the other Canadian drivers (not the canadian cars) participated in was in January of 1989.
