I would venture a guess but I need to know how the test was done.
Normally the main pressure gauge upstream to the restriction should be 100 psi. Then the second gauge shows how much leakage there is.
So if the test shows 90 psi on the second gauge then there is a 10% leak. If the numbers you have posted are the drop from 100 in each cylinder then yes it would be 10% 9% 4% 8%. These would be very good numbers as new engines get 5% and anything under 15% for a 80's car is very good. 20% would be the upper limit, as the percentage shows the engines conversion efficiency and a 20% loss is pretty drastic.

interesting, he said they were really good i just didnt understand what it actually meant. i had a compression check done and cant remember the results and he couldnt find them in his computer. on a different note. i ran some bars engine oil leak stop through the porsche and noticed a very nice difference . as of right now. there is NO oil on the exhaust system even after sitting for 45 mins. there are a few drops under the car but they seem to be conveniently located under the oil drain bolt.... i need to replace the copper washer on the drain plug apparently. ive used bars radiator products before and they seemed to work very well. any thoughts sox?
