Tach,and boost guage problem
I just replaced my engine in my 86 turbo and my tach, and boost gauge no longer work.Icant find whare to plug in the connection end for the Timing Mark Senser/sender for T.D.C. This senser/sender is located just below the referense sensers ,and it looks like a mini referense senser and it has a round plug end . I would highly appreciate any information on the location of the other end to plug this into. Thanks.

the plug end plugs into the wiring that's located at the firewall, right next to where the other plug goes.

Could you be more specific as to the location. I have looked for hours and I can`t find it. I couldn`t even find the plug end on a spare wiring harness. Thanks for your responses.

If you are referring to part #24 (Timing Mark Sensor for TDC) in the diagram that Nize provided, it does not plug into anything during normal operation. That sensor is only used by the service technician to find TDC.

Thank very much. You both were very helpful. Thanks again. It was #24 I was referring to.
