throttle body sticks closed?

I've taken it apart, cleaned it out, tried holding it open above the sticky point with the adjuster stop... Is it normal to stick if it's closed down while trying to adjust the throttle stop?

It should not stick....
Can you determine what is sticking?

it's new to me to have a butterfly stick, my carbs "48 ida's" and 40 IDF's and 44 idfs and 45 dels, and 40 dels never stuck, even with the throttle stop backed out all the way.. there was always a small amount of play between the body and buterfly.

OK... it sticks not fully closed too, so in order to keep it from sticking, I have to set the throttle stop to "not fully closed" If I were trying to get idle mixture on a set of carbs BLAH, it would be a big intake leak and I wouldn't be able to set my idle jets or mixture screws... But this is injected stuff??? I dunno how that works... I did notice there's a small amount of vacuum being sucked into the flat blade adjuster screw on the outside of the TB There's an O-ring on that screw that needs to be replaced.. any idea what size oring?
