Buzzing noise from under dash
 
The car is now making a growl/buzz from under the instrument cluster, Sounds electrical, when i put the key in the first position ... start the car and it is gone.

Any ideas?

could be one of the vent motors... is it continuous? or does it stop after a short time? I can here mine when they move under normal operation. they are electric not vacuum operated.

Stops right away when the car starts.

its weird..but i have a bigger problem right now... car doesnt work
