Oil Pan Insert

OK, dropped my oil pan on Saturday, all went pretty well.

Unfortunately, my oil pan insert was cracked in a few places (that plastic baffle that bolts to the inside of the oil pan). PET shows 2 different versions. Doesn't seem clear to me which is for my 1987 951, or if the later part number just supercedes the first. Does anyone know?

During my research here and on Rennlist about the oil pan insert, someone wrote that when re-installing the insert you should use loctite red on the bolt threads. Is that true? Couldn't find mention of that in the factory manual, and the bolts certainly came out too easily to have been installed with threadlocker (especially red).

Any tips would be great guys, thanks.
