Explanation needed: function & testing of the Cycling valve
 
Can some one break this down for me? I know the KLR is attached to this electronically, so I'm unsure as to disconnecting it as I've read before: is there a test & I did read about sealing it up.

Clarifications on this are appreciated. :)

The cycling valve controls the turbocharger (obviously). If you are going to a electronic/manual boost controller, I understand that you can take the cycling valve out of the loop.

Nize and other know more about this.
